Basil Delacruz (or BZ) is the President of Quality Interiors and has more than 30 years of experience in various types of building construction. He is proficient in cost estimating all phases of General Construction and Specialty work items. He is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas - UST(1979) with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and has attended Indiana University for continuing education in Computer Engineering.

Chuck Morris

Chuck Morris is Vice President for QII and has 35 years of experience in the construction industry particularly in painting, vinyl wallcovering and special coatings including drywall systems. Chuck is one of the Trustees of the Painter's Union and is primarily in charge of union issues and employee matters. He is Director of the QII's Safety Program.

Marsha Pugh

Marsha Pugh is Quality Interiors' Office Manager. Marsha has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. She is incharge of the Human Resources Department, Payroll, and all Safety related compliance requirements.

Carl Baumgartner
Field Safety Director / Trainer

Carl Baumgartner is the Field Safety Director and Trainer. Carl is in charge of implementing the company's safety programs in the field. He visits all project sites to conduct observations, safety inspections, weekly safety meetings and other safety issues. Carl has a masters in Science Management in occupational health & safety from Indiana State University, and also has OSHA 500/501 from the University of Cincinatti.
